1. Applications are only open to residents of the UK and Ireland. Entrants submitting the form must be aged 18 or over and may be required to produce evidence of identity and age.
2. Promotion is open only to registered sports clubs or registered charities who are based and operate in the UK and / or Ireland.
3. The assessment panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Entries which are incorrect, illegible, or incomplete will be invalid.
5. Cash4Clubs and Flutter UK & Ireland (part of Flutter Entertainment) accept no liability for any entry form or other documentation relating to the promotion being lost or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
6. By entering, grant applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Winners will be promoted on this website and must be prepared to participate in other publicity if required through cash4clubs and / or Flutter Entertainment channels. They may be contacted to request quotes, case studies and images which would only be used to promote Cash4Clubs and Flutter's community activities more broadly. No club would be expected to promote Flutter or any of it's brands.
8. If successful in your funding application, grants will only be sent to official club bank accounts.
